In December 2015, Le Groupe Kehilla Montréal I, a not-for-profit subsidiary of KMRP, received preliminary approval from the City of Montreal for the construction of a 68-unit, 10 story building in Cote Saint Luc comprised of 34 rent-subsidized units where tenants will pay 25% of their monthly income and 34 additional units at 95% of fair market value*. The new residential building will include a variety of apartment configurations including 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units idea for individuals, couples and small families living on low incomes. A community room on the ground floor will be accessible to tenants for their programming needs.

Ground-breaking began on June 5 of 2018 with a view to completing the project by the fall of 2019.
